How to enroll
Enrolling in your retirement plan is easy!
Newly hired and rehired employees will be automatically enrolled in the 403(b) plan at a pretax contribution rate of 4% of compensation effective with your second paycheck. You may opt out of the 403(b) plan, change your contribution percentage or change your investment strategy at any time. If you opt out, you may withdraw the automatic contributions within 90 days of hire date.
NOTE: If you do not want to participate, please contact the Client Care Center at 1-800-448-2542 before your second payroll date.
If you have an existing qualified retirement plan (pre-tax), 401(k), 403(b) tax-deferred arrangement or deferred compensation plan account with a prior employer or hold a traditional IRA account, you may transfer or roll over that account into the plan anytime.
Eligible employees who are not currently enrolled in the plan can do so at any time. If you wish to enroll in the plan, you may enroll one of three ways:
